Story - Appayya (Kitty)has been brought up by Goravayya. Naturally, Appayya is very loyal to him. However, he falls in love with Gowra (Bhama), the daughter of Devarajanna. As the affair becomes public, the rivalry between the two families intensifies. Goravayya is stabbed by Devarajanna. Devarajanna invites Appayya on the pretext of getting his daughter married to him but beats him black and blue. In the end, a dramatic turn of events unites the couple.
